<p><b>&ldquo;上海酶联文献&rdquo;&nbsp;</b><strong>摘要: </strong>目的 观察 2 型糖尿病气虚痰湿证患者血清脂联素、瘦素、纤维胶凝蛋白 3、铁蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子 － &alpha; 水平。方法 应用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测 2 型糖尿病患者血清生化指标，应用单因素方差分析比较气虚痰湿组生化指标水平与气虚组、正常对照组的差异。结果 2 型糖尿病患者血清脂联素显著低于正常对照组，瘦素、铁蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子 － &alpha; 显著高于正常对照组; 糖尿病气虚痰湿组脂联素显著低于气虚组，瘦素显著高于气虚组( P ＜ 0． 05) 。结论 糖尿病有痰湿证的脂联素较无痰湿证更低，瘦素则更高，提示脂联素、瘦素参与了糖尿病痰湿证的形成过程，其水平变化可能提示本病证的发生。&nbsp;</p> <div class="Section0">
